Job Responsibilities Job Requirements
1. Participate in the formulation of major decisions such as the Group's technological development strategy planning;
2. Assist the chief engineer in the construction and management of the technology center;
3. Under the leadership of the chief engineer, be responsible for the following work:
4. Responsible for organizing and implementing the Group's product application technology, product R&D, and technology promotion work;
5. Responsible for organizing and implementing the Group's technological innovation work;
6. Responsible for implementing national, industry, and local technical regulations and product standards;
7. Responsible for organizing and implementing the Group's participation in various forms of technical exchanges and training;
8. Responsible for organizing the Group's participation in various competitions and award applications;
9. Responsible for organizing and implementing various technical support services conducted by the Group;
10. Other tasks assigned by the leadership.
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture Engineering;
2. More than 5 years of experience in waterproofing enterprises;
3. Possess keen insight into enterprise development; keep abreast of national and industry trends; be familiar with industry standards and various technical regulations;
4. Ability to solve waterproofing technical problems, possess considerable negotiation and presentation skills, have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, and good teamwork spirit;
5. Have team management experience, can effectively manage and build teams.
