Job Responsibilities
1. Project reporting, operation services, and information entry for customer business;
2. Timely communication and proper handling of customer issues;
3. Timely maintenance of customer business, ensuring timely communication and handling;
4. Conducting customer satisfaction surveys, recording and summarizing customer feedback and issues;
5. Management and information collection of various online platforms;
6. Completing other tasks assigned by the supervisor;
Qualifications
1. Engineering technology or management related associate's degree;
2. Diligent and hardworking, those with relevant industry experience will be given priority;
3. Candidates with a background in the building waterproofing industry or relevant work experience will be given priority.
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for brand market promotion and sales engineering channel development within the region;
2. Responsible for the direct sales of waterproofing business in industrial, real estate, commercial and government projects within the region;
3. Develop agents, assist agents in project negotiation, project tracking management, construction guidance and technical exchange;
4. Conduct market research, competitor research and marketing planning within the region;
5. Responsible for the entry of real estate companies in the region, forming strategic cooperation and maintaining management to achieve continuous sales;
6. Provide sales service support for regional projects and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
1. Age 27-40, junior college degree or above, with excellent negotiation skills, strong language expression and communication skills.
2. Possessing independent market development and customer development capabilities, with more than 1 year of experience in engineering channel development management.
3. Having relationships with design institutes, clients, general contractors, or resourceful intermediaries in this region (China Construction, China Railway, Construction Engineering System, Construction Commission, Electric Power Bureau, Resettlement Supervision System, Education, Medical, Housing Management, Public Security System, etc.) is preferred.
4. Possessing strong learning ability and team spirit, strong desire for success and pressure resistance.
